Responsibilities
- Handle all stages of recruitment activity from job posting to offer, onboarding & offboarding, probation process
- Conduct reference/due diligence checks for new employees
- Handle HR Admin duties on work passes, SGX/MAS license, personal records of employees, medical and insurance plans, etc
- Support in Covid-19 reporting to the Singapore regulator and handle special Covid-19 travel request applications
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciple, with at least 3 years' of HR generalist experience in delivering all stages of the recruitment process
- Knowledge in TimeSoft/ Workday is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
