Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as " Senior Executive (Facilities Management".

In this role, you will be responsible for the following :

• Providing project management support for relocation, fit-outs, interior designs, renovations and upgrading works.
• Manage good rapport with internal stakeholders and attend to their maintenance feedback and requests for improvement works.
• Manage, maintain and follow up promptly on all the maintenance schedules, regular inspection and contract servicing such as : minor renovations/maintenance and liaising with contractors/vendors on rectification works.
• Performing repair and maintenance tasks which could include: carpentry work, lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring and general facility repairs when required.
• Provide technical support where necessary and act as an authorised person to manage and act as the co-ordination point between the various sub-contractors and/or vendors appointed by the company.
• Assist on the health and safety management related matters.
• Any other work necessary for effective operations of the property or as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations.
• Possess relevant professional certifications e.g. Electrician, fire safety, workplace safety and health, project management would be ideal, although not a must.
• A hands-on person that is proactive, good problem solving skills and resourceful
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
