Responsibilities

• Perform periodic CDD and ECDD reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures
• Identify gaps on documentation and advise Front Office on the CDD requirements
• Perform screenings via Dow Jones – Sanctions, PEP and Adverse Media/ Negative News screening
• Maker and checker role for different entities accounts
• Maintenance of database for FATCA & CRS reporting
• Any other adhoc tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder with Securities/ Futures/ Banking, and solid understanding on requirements under MAS Notice SFA04-N02
• Experience in onboarding, KYC/AML/ CDD for Retail/Entity/Investment Vehicles
• Familiar with FATCA/CRS, CKA/CAR; W-series forms, AI and QI requirements
