Responsibility
- Lead the HR department in all aspects of operational HR, in support of the business operations
- Serve as a business partner to the departments in areas such as strategic Human Resources planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Legislation, Performance Management, Career Planning, Training & Development
- Spearhead Human Resources projects and organizational improvements for the company
- Oversee office administration duties
- Prepare manpower budget, planning & requirements
- Renewal of Group Insurances
- Handle annual performance appraisal exercise, annual increment and bonuses
- Manage all kinds of reports from Group level and MOM surveys
- Handle Talent Management and Succession Planning
- HR Projects as assigned from time to time (eg. Employee Engagement, Employee Wellness etc.)
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in HR management function
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Good leadership skills
