BDAM will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing client portfolio
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationship to secure contract renewal and drive revenue
- Grow network, convey product benefits, develop partnership style relationship.
- Conduct face-to-face training or online demos for users
- Strong understanding of product portfolio and research methodology to provide expert research support to clients
- Encourage information sharing and collaborate with industry teams to develop product offering to meet clients needs, and leverage on industry expertise
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in proven track record in B2B sales/ client relationship management/ lead generation
- Strong presentation, networking and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, driven and resilient
- Fluency in English & additional Southeast Asia Languages, and knowledge in financial sector is an advantage
