A global MNC specialising in market research with 15 offices worldwide

Central location

BDAM will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing client portfolio

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain client relationship to secure contract renewal and drive revenue
  • Grow network, convey product benefits, develop partnership style relationship.
  • Conduct face-to-face training or online demos for users
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio and research methodology to provide expert research support to clients
  • Encourage information sharing and collaborate with industry teams to develop product offering to meet clients needs, and leverage on industry expertise

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in proven track record in B2B sales/ client relationship management/ lead generation
  • Strong presentation, networking and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, driven and resilient 
  • Fluency in English & additional Southeast Asia Languages, and knowledge in financial sector is an advantage
