Responsibilities

• Process orders timely and accurately
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouse to arrange shipment
• Generate invoice and delivery order through SAP system
• Support sales team in day-to-day operations
• Update & maintain sales reports and inventory records
• Understand shipping terms such as incoterms, letter of credit
• Prepare import and export documents
• Prepare for month end closing

Requirement

• Minimum GCE "O" level
• 2-3 years of working experience in order processing.
• Experience in Chemical manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
