Responsibilities:

• Over-the-counter duties which includes handling transactions of customers’ savings / fixed deposit account and other counter services
• Manage and attend to enquiries from customers
• Assist with any ad-hoc / back office duties assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC with 2 years of customer service / teller experience
• Prior experience in Banks / Financial Institutions is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
