Responsibilities:
- Over-the-counter duties which includes handling transactions of customers’ savings / fixed deposit account and other counter services
- Manage and attend to enquiries from customers
- Assist with any ad-hoc / back office duties assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC with 2 years of customer service / teller experience
- Prior experience in Banks / Financial Institutions is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
