Responsibilities
- Project Managed for the Food for New Store openings/ Refit/ Special projects roll-out.
- Able to lead and work closely with the banner project team members.
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensuring the all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Able to report and escalate proposal & suggestions to management as and when required
- Manage the relationship with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management with a retail/FMCG company.
- Strong human relationship skill and background of management, budgeting and analysis.
- Skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. Good in planning projects and working with project teams.
- Experience use AutoCAD.
