Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the HR process delivery in areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and grievances, and other related HR services.
• Responsible for major HR deliverables for the business units and e nsuring all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of business operations.
• Supports the Senior HR Regional Manager in the collaboration with SEA Regional HR on HR strategies and organisational-wide projects and to drive Group’s initiatives and action plans to meet organisation’s goals and objectives.
• Identifies business needs and p rovides advice, guidance and creates sustainable solutions in addressing employee and organisational challenges.
• Partnership with business leaders to develop and executive HR strategies.  Drives key initiatives and projects in areas such as organisation design, brand presences, diversity and leadership development.
• Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, providing sound advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
• Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with 8 years working as HR Generalist and 2 years in managing teams. 
• Preferably with working experience in a multi-national Company. 
• Proficient with Singapore Labor Law including Employment Act

• Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
