• Working location: East
• Working timing: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between customers and various departments, focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving departmental Key Performance Metrics.
• Research and react to customer problems and complaints.
• Calibrate, maintain, and repairing of precision electronic equipment.
• Develop troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Responsible for conducting physical inventories and for the required reconciliation process.
• Provide technical support to the regional business partners.

Requirements:

• Technical Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years of appropriate working experience with precision instruments.
• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical with basic knowledge of failure analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
