Description:
Our client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced mask blanks for semiconductor manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mask blanks optical and laser system inspection equipment for providing operational support to production and engineering.
- Establish and upkeep inspection tools’ performance and capability; e.g. detection sensitivity, accuracy, and stability.
- Setup new or optimized inspection standards/recipes in accordance with each product’s specification.
- Correlate inspection tools’ performance consistency across fleet; investigate yield loss factors, eliminate over-reject and false defects to improve judgment accuracy.
- Monitor and improve inspection tool’s KPIs.
- Maintain system functionality and reliability.
- Ensure documentation and records are well maintained.
- Manage internal budgeting and expenses.
- Provide management updates and monthly reviews of manufacturing trends and keep abreast of the latest developments in industry technology trends.
- Train and educate users on basic tool settings and recovery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering and any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry or clean room environment.
- Candidates with hands-on working experience in optical inspection systems, knowledge about defect standards for the photomask industry, or familiarity with SEMI standards are highly desirable.
- Have an interest in working with data analysis, and statistical tools.
- Ability to work independently, initiatively, yet a strong team player, creative thinker with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
