Description:

Assist in the design, management, and responsible maintenance of facilities plant equipment, and systems to ensure there are running smoothly to support the production operation in the manufacturing industry. Job includes plant utilities cost-saving control, and supervising a team of Facilities technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, management, and supervising of the equipment and systems installation.
• Implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage and supervise upgrading/expansion project works.
• Liaise with the relevant authority on facilities system operations.
• Implementation of checklist to ensure systems operating at top performance. 
• Continue to evaluate, improve, and upgrading of the system operation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Standard Operating and Safety Procedures.
• Review and implement of "Energy Saving or Reduce Waste" proposal.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Sevice Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance in the Electronic Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft software applications.
• Have the cleanroom experience is preferable.
