Responsibilities: 

• Startup & commissioning of Transport Automation Systems including  Pneumatic Tube System, Automated Guided Vehicles, Mobile Robotic Couriers, Pharmacy Automation systems such as Robotic Medication Management System, etc.
• Maintenance and monitoring of the transportation automation system to minimize system downtime.
• Preventive maintenance of company systems at customers’ site.
• Follow the customer support process and ensure all system failure incidents are recorded.
• Technical support & breakdown services including troubleshooting & repair of the equipment/system.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/ Nitec in a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with some field-service experience.
• Able to perform shift work.
• Suitably qualified candidates may be considered for a more senior position.
