Lead improvement programs to improve safety, quality and productivity of the plant

Jobscope:
Utilities
Ownership for overseeing the Operation and Maintenance of assigned Utility systems including Hot Oil System, Air Compressors, Boiler, Cooling Tower, Di Water, Nitrogen and Natural gasses etc., in manufacturing facility
Work with vendor to defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines the utilities maintenance plan
Develops engineering solutions for repetitive utility failure that adversely affect plant operations
Assist reliability team in review and improvement of facility
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams for improved control when deviations are identified.
Ultem Polymerization Process
Provide engineering assistance to operations in supoort of improved operation including acquisition of data, troubleshooting, evaluation of control strategy, and technical recommendations for upgrades
Analyze plant performance, propose and initiate management of change, and documents to improve the consistency of operations. Area of responsibility includes EHSS, Productivity and Cost position
Initiate Test Authorization in the plant to qualify new raw material or suppliers and improve productivity
Participate in EHSS activities
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
Min. 5 years relevant experiences in Chemical / Petrochemical Plant
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong team player
Willing to work beyond the normal working hours during the pre-commissioning and commission period
