Responsibility

  • manage the customer service counter
  • attend to shoppers and tenants’ enquiries / feedback
  • support Marketing Communication activities 
  • handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank rewards redemption, loyalty programme and events; and administrative duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

  • Minimum 'N' level
  • 3 years of working experience in providing customer service 
  • 5 days work week inlcuding weekends and public holiday
  • Able to work in shift, 1st Shift, 10am to 7.30pm; 2nd Shift, 12pm to 9.30pm
