Responsibility
- manage the customer service counter
- attend to shoppers and tenants’ enquiries / feedback
- support Marketing Communication activities
- handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank rewards redemption, loyalty programme and events; and administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirement
- Minimum 'N' level
- 3 years of working experience in providing customer service
- 5 days work week inlcuding weekends and public holiday
- Able to work in shift, 1st Shift, 10am to 7.30pm; 2nd Shift, 12pm to 9.30pm
