Resposnibility

  • manage the customer service counter
  • supervise a team of Customer Service officers
  • provide administrative support
  • oversee promotional events
  • attend to tenant and shoppers’ enquiries
  • assist in advertising & promotions activities such as managing mall’s Loyalty Program,  gift redemptions, gift voucher sale, tenant training, and enquiries and all aspects of support.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in relavent field
  • More than 5 years of working experience in providing customer service support
  • Experience in supervision/management of team will be an added advantage
