Resposnibility
- manage the customer service counter
- supervise a team of Customer Service officers
- provide administrative support
- oversee promotional events
- attend to tenant and shoppers’ enquiries
- assist in advertising & promotions activities such as managing mall’s Loyalty Program, gift redemptions, gift voucher sale, tenant training, and enquiries and all aspects of support.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relavent field
- More than 5 years of working experience in providing customer service support
- Experience in supervision/management of team will be an added advantage
