Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the organization’s compensation programs to maintain market competitiveness
  • Benchmark and analyze market compensation data utilizing Mercer TRS/ IPE(Grading) and other consulting firms’ data
  • Responsible for the design and streamline salary structure, employee benefits and related policies and procedures
  • Provides advice to managers and employees on salary decisions, policy interpretations and job evaluations
  • Arrange monthly payroll processing with the outsource team
  • Manage personal income tax for employees and expatriates
  • Partner with managers to manage employee performance evaluations, feedback and career development progress
  • Represent the company’s values and culture across all business areas and promote a positive work environment
  • Conduct employee surveys by utilizing Japan Headquarters’ system
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive positive workforce engagement
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for APAC regions (Australia, Malaysia and Philippines)
  • Develop and implement a region-wide HR strategy that aligns with the company’s vision
  • Handle/ Manage time to time requests from upper management
  • Advise managers and employees regarding company policies, values, HR programs administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR practices
  • Proficient in HR Information System and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and independently 
  • Ability to build effective, productive relationships across the business and work with accountability and integrity 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay organized and high attention to detail
