Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support to customers.
• Ensure correct bearings are selected for customers’ applications.
• Handle part numbers inquiries.
• Handle customers’ claims on product quality-related matters.
• Issue request for investigation to the manufacturing plant & provides the result of the investigation report to customers.
• Conversion of part numbers/part numbers interchange.
• Participate in customers’ development & promotion projects such as trade shows/exhibitions.
• Work closely with the sales team to promote the company's products to potential customers.
• Conduct training/seminars on the company's products for staff and customers.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-year relevant working experience as an Application Engineer in industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of bearings is an advantage.
• Overseas business trips.
