Our client is seeking a Specialist to enhance Business Operation Efficiency and improvimg user experience for their online platfrom
Maintain and implement new or refined digital capabilities for online customers' Platform;
Work with cross functional team to understand internal and external stakeholders’ needs and leverage on data and technology to enhance business operation efficiency and user experience for online platform
Establish and maintain positive engagement with stakeholders to drive change.
Job requirments :
Educational qualifications preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience .
Experience in business analysis and collaborating with different business and technical stakeholders;
Experience in systems thinking, design thinking and user experience improvements;
Experience or knowledge in the following areas is a plus: data processing (using Python, Excel VBA and/or SQL), API, AI/machine learning, natural language processing.
