Our client is a well established Shipping Brand. Currently, they are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them as " Asst Manager (Learning & Development)".

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing effective support to establish a comprehensive L&D strategy by collaborating with regions and department; design and deliver world class learning solutions, in line with the overall business strategy.
• Developing and implementing corporate learning plan, training calendar, development paths and relevant learning solutions with the aim to equip the workforce with the relevant skills for the future.
• Continuously to cultivate a positive learning-oriented culture and enhance the skill competencies through training programs across the organization.
• Overseeing all L&D related platform, registrations, administrations and funding process.
• Executing global/local training or mentorship program and maintain proper tracking and documentations.
• Supporting the digitalization of L&D communication and learning solutions and actively supporting in global projects for the establishment of global L&D platform.
• Developing and fostering strong business partnerships with the training vendors and departments for better understanding of training needs.
• Assisting in review of and adherence to HR policies and procedures related to Learning & Development.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Min 5 years of related HR and L&D experience
• Shipping industry experience as an advantage
• Excellent in communication, inter-personal, follow up and presentation skills
