Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the digital marketing strategy to align with business goals and objectives
- Execute digital strategies to support sales and brand growth
- Holistically manage digital marketing assets ensuring brand consistency
- Understand the customer life cycle and identify relevant insights to translate them into meaningful customer experiences
- Assist in driving database growth and management, segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Lead social media accounts and manage the social media content calendar and community engagement
- Identify trends and engaging content opportunities
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or relevant Communications
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in consumer industry and in an MNC environment
- Understand the different digital and social platform functions and operations
- Intercultural understanding
