Responsibilities
- Assist Client Relationship Officers and Client Service Officers in account related matters, focusing on Periodic review, account updates, account review before closure
- Support CRO/ CSO in timely completion of periodic review by ensuring KYC requirements are met
- Ensure documentation requirements are adhered to before passing to Operations
- Adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years’ of account documentation experience in private banking
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT, FATCA and CRS due diligence
- Team player with good time management skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
