Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and meet
- Manage Pantry and Stationery.
- Direct phone calls to respective staff and update company notice board when require.
- Ensure the meeting rooms and conference room are in a nice condition, oversees the cleaner.
- Other Administration ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- ITE "Nitec" and above
- Good Communication skills
