Responsibility
- customer service counter
- attend to shoppers and tenants’ enquiries / feedback
- support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions
- bank rewards redemption
- loyalty programme and events
- administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in front line customer service
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
