Responsibility

• customer service counter
• attend to shoppers and tenants’ enquiries / feedback
• support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions
• bank rewards redemption
• loyalty programme and events
• administrative duties.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in front line customer service
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
