- Porviding administrative support (eg: Data entry, filing, documentation)
- Coordination and assist for meetings arrangement, announcement, etc.
- Monitoring visitors or new employee for appropriate area
- assisting in office administration such as office supply, keep an eye for facilities maintenance issues.
- Redirect phone calls/email with a professional manners
- other Ad-hoc admin function
Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
