Responsibilities

• Processing of clients’ payments instructions (outgoing/internal transfers and cash/cheque) & non-clients’ payments instructions, incoming funds receipts.
• Investigation and resolution of cash breaks
• Participate in process reviews, workflow improvements, UAT testing when required.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/degree holder with 1-3 years’ experience in remittance or bank operations
• Knowledge of SWIFT message, MAS & HKMA wire transfer guidelines is an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills
