Responsibilities
- Review account documents submitted by Front Office
- Timely and accurate processing of client’s change in circumstance and amendments on the accounts
- Accurately track and escalate document deficiencies
- Provide quality service to internal stakeholders and support other departments (e.g. signature verification, information retrieval)
Support in other adhoc tasks/ user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Degree holder, with at least 2 years of banking experience, preferably with strong client documentation experience in Private Banking
- Knowledge of account documentation requirement and MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and time management skills
- Organized and attention to details
