As Assistant Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Lifestyle and Payments, to launch, analyze, and optimize all promotion campaigns to proliferate new user acquisition and transaction usages for eWallet and in doing so; be at the forefront of digital payments transformation in the Company

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and launch promotion campaigns, determine campaign targeting strategies as well as develop KPIs, forecasts, and end goals while ensuring budget spends are optimize and cost efficient
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement promotion campaigns
• Develop & deliver campaign performance analyses
• Translate actionable insights/post campaign analyses so as to make optimized recommendations for next campaign
• Ensure the set revenue targets, and corporate objectives are achieved for every new Financial Year
• Regular scanning of competitor landscape
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer

Job Requirements

• Preferable Degree or Diploma in general business admin or relevant industry
• Preferably at least minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and capable of driving multiple campaigns/projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and able to work collaboratively as a team player
