Private Banking Support (PBS) belongs to First Line of Defence and focus on preventive measures to ensure effective and consistent operational process
This function is responsible for topics from strategic transformation and to office wide matters i.e. strategic project, communication, talent development, governance, strategy and office support
Responsibilities
- Perform 1st level of Quality Assurance on onboarding and periodic review
- First 6 months focus will be on assisting FO to clear periodic reviews
- Coordinate with Legal and compliance, and frontline to keep updated on regulatory changes and ensure submission for account opening and periodic review
- Provide training to FO when required, continuously improve on quality submission, disseminate info to FO on regulatory and procedure implementation
- Support FO on CDD queries, client sustainability and internal policies
- Liaise on audit and assurance matters, cross training in PB support
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years’ of Private Banking experience
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory framework, and FATCA regulation, CRS due diligence
- Good communication, time-management, analytical skills
- Proficient in excel and data analysis
