Industry Nature: Transport/Shipping Heavy duties Equipment rental.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm 

Working Location: Loyang 

Responsibility

• Assist Country Manager, Singapore in her daily operations and regular reports
• Support a team of marketing staff for local sales
• Process Sales Order
• Monitor shipment
• Liaise with Finance company, service department and external vendors
• Monthly invoicing for rental trucks and updating fleet details
• Attend to sales enquiry and prepare urgent quote for salesperson via phone.
• CRM/Sales force – Customer Relationship Management
• Answer incoming calls and Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
• Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records

Requirements

• At least a Diploma or Degree in relavent field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales or marketing support.
• No Experience are welcome to apply
