Responsibility

• Receiving & processing of spare parts order from stakeholders.
• Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Perform order processing duties – verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to Navision system
• Swift response to customers enquiry, & shipment enquiries
• Up to date documentation filing.
• Compilation & distribution to Dealer of yearly part price list & any interim price adjustment from factories.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level 
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in order processing function.
• additional advantage for experience in Letter of Credit or incoterms .
