Job Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the financial consolidation for statutory and management reporting purposes
• Communicate financial results and manage the preparation of annual reports and other financial reports to stakeholders
• Develop and deliver proactively finance strategies and recommending action plan that contributes to the achievement of corporate strategy and operational objectives
• Develop financial forecasts and highlight key drivers for forecasts
• Oversee book-keeping of investment holding companies and ensure timely monthly reporting
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agents and bankers
• Align policies on financial controls to ensure effective corporate governance in line with directions set in the Group Financial Policies and Procedures
• Drive and/or participate in projects relating to system automations/ enhancements and other group reporting assignments

Job Requirements

• Good Degree in Accountancy / Finance
• Qualified CPA / CA
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong leadership and analytical capabilities
• Strong in financial analysis and decision support skills
• Strong technical skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines
• Proactive, energetic, results-oriented, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good knowledge of MS applications and experience with consolidation systems preferred
