Administrative Assistant
5 Days work week, Office Hours.
Job Description
- Issuance of all non-trade purchase orders.
- Issue, control, and manage office stationery, printing supplies, and office equipment
- In charge of office sundries, meeting room management
- Source/negotiate/review with suppliers on quotations pertaining to HOD’s approval.
- Liaise with technician, vendor, or contractor for repair and maintenance of equipment, facility and building maintenance e.g. Air-con, copy machines, water dispenser, air purifier, lightings, doors, barriers, etc.
- In charge of company fleet vehicles upkeep, diesel usage, and maintenance including the purchase of road tax and COE
- Pest control administration
- Good filing management of agreements, licenses, safety certificates
- Supervision of the dispatch rider’s role and duties.
- Company transport arrangement
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous
- Preferably 2 years of administrative/general clerical experience
- Good cummunication skills
