Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as " Senior Manager (Global Key Accounts/BCO)".

In this role, you will be responsible for the following :

• Lead and oversee the activities of Global Key Accounts BCO’s account management
• Maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers
• Formulate, Measure & Track implementation of Global Key Accounts BCO sales strategy & performance including sales process SOP’s and KPI’s. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous evaluation of Global Key Accounts performance vs. target and take timely corrective actions to address any gaps in performance
• Lead global co-ordination of Global Key Accounts BCO annual business planning / targets, etc
• Manage oversight of Global Key Accounts BCO global credit application, approval and payment process and subsequent performance.
• Drive e-Commerce and digitization  products for global service optimisation

Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
•  Education in Shipping, Logistics or equivalent would be great
• 10 years or more experience in Sales/Marketing or equivalent in shipping or forwarding, preferably at Regional or Global level
• Proven ability in sales management and strategic business development in a multi-cultural environment
• Frontline sales and leadership experience such as Global or Contract Key Accounts Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key decision makers
• Business driver with proven track record in delivering results through team management 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Familiarity with regional operating context and experience in collaborating with regional management teams
• Proven ability to successfully strategise, implement, execute and achieve targets
• Ability to work well with all key internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office
