Responsible
- Check and process staff reimbursement/claims, ensuring expenses are posted to the correct account/project
- Work closely with employees regarding clarifications on claims
- Assist in purchase department’s operation, ensuring completeness of documents and good control
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting
- Ensure proper housekeeping of finance files and documents
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance department
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or relavent field
- 1-2 years experience in audit/FP&A
- Any accounting software experience will be an added advantage
