Responsible

• Check and process staff reimbursement/claims, ensuring expenses are posted to the correct account/project
• Work closely with employees regarding clarifications on claims
• Assist in purchase department’s operation, ensuring completeness of documents and good control
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting
• Ensure proper housekeeping of finance files and documents
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance department

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or relavent field
• 1-2 years experience in audit/FP&A 
• Any accounting software experience will be an added advantage
