Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational HR in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects
- Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
- Business Partnering with Line Managers
- Prepare reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 8 years of HR operation experiences
- Prior experience with HR Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
