Responsibility
- Handle Seagate RMA logistic process (Seagate RMA Centre) - Training provided
- Involves using of Seagate Logistic system, system entry and arranging of collection by appointed courier.
- Handle & audit OOW Repair RMA process (Lenovo Service Centre)
- Liase with Lenovo Service on Quotation, updating of repair process through email, billing and monitoring of payment.
- Manage & audit all outsource repair process
- Working with our appointed outsource repair partners, arranging of sending and collection of devices, monitoring and updating service status, billing & AR from partners.
- Manage all Pick up and Return Services process
- Arranging pickup and return services with our field management system and collection of payment from customers.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Sales Admin function.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office (Excel).
