Job Description:

• Responsible for complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, using defined IT platforms, as key Business Supporting Functions
• Handle return goods process (excess or defective) from customers; and to factories / suppliers
• Support in the implementation of projects to drive continuous process improvements
• Support Business Function in monthly reporting as assigned by Manager
• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager

Requirements:

• SAP/Excel Macro
• Knowledge in CRM will be an Advantage 
• Good Communication skills 
• Mini 3 years working experince in SCM/Logistics/Order Fulfilment 
• Diploma/Degree in any field.
