The successful candidate will perform a leading role in the exciting journey to drive efforts to achieve organization Population Health targets with operational efficiency. You will strategise, engage and work together with diverse groups of stakeholders and with all levels of staff to overcome challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Distill new direction or policies and assist in establishing frameworks and workflow proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for funding and strategic collaborations with key partners, so as to achieve synergies for the Population Health program.
  • Lead in planning and strategizing Operations processes to achieve Population Health outcomes and recommend the way forward for the clinics Operations based on latest developments
  • Lead to transform concepts and decisions from various stakeholders into sound and effective initiatives/ workflows for clinics, taking patient journey, system, people and process into consideration.
  • Maintain performance dashboard, monitor outcomes and present high quality analysis of clinics performance to support or shape strategic decisions.
  • Have oversight over manpower resources and deployments across clinics and prepare justifications and budget submissions during budgeting cycle.
  • Draft policies and Work Instructions to guide staff on Population Health processes.
  • Drive or be involved in special projects and perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any business related discipline 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business management. Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in areas of business administration will be a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff and cross functions.
  • Strong in data analytics skills.
