Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategy and planning, lead all HR relevant initiatives and activities, provide professional and relevant HR partnership support to meet business needs, ensure compliance with applicable government and corporate regulations, and improve employee engagement.
Needs to execute the HR management role as a strategic business partner to management team in driving business performance, as a change agent to drive strategic initiatives with employee engagement, as an employee champion in terms of talent management (recruitment and retention) with learning and development programs, and administrative expert in HRM/Workday, payroll and policies
