Sales & Admin Coordinator
Located in the Central/East
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team including processing Sales booking to the system, managing enquiries, assisting in site-visits and other administrative tasks including data-entry.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team including market/industry research and the preparation of sales and budgetary report and presentations as required
- Assist in executing Sales and other projects
- Manage client relationship administration including invitations, suite-hospitality and procurement of gifts.
- Other office administrative support including stationery and other purchase
Requirement:
- Mininum Diploma
- Proficient in office software applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM and EBMS is an advantage
