Customer Service Associate, Contact Centre

Located in Multple Location

Job Description:

  • Deliver services to our customers professionally according to NUP service standards
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Handle general enquiries
  • Assist with patients’ request to arrange or change appointment
  • Support service operations
  • Handle any other hotline administrative functions

Requirements:

  • Diploma / NITEC or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry, call centre environment and/or service related industry
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language (in order to handle enquiries and assist English and other different language speaking)
  • Willing to work on 5.5 days and able to commit to shift work
