Customer Service Associate, Contact Centre

Job Description:
- Deliver services to our customers professionally according to NUP service standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle general enquiries
- Assist with patients’ request to arrange or change appointment
- Support service operations
- Handle any other hotline administrative functions
Requirements:
- Diploma / NITEC or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry, call centre environment and/or service related industry
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language (in order to handle enquiries and assist English and other different language speaking)
- Willing to work on 5.5 days and able to commit to shift work
