Located near Bouna VIsta MRT Station.
Office Hours/Monday - Friday
Up to $2900
JOb Description:
- Attend to visitors and incoming dispatch
- Recruitment/Coordination of Interview
- Claims Processing, Leave system updates.
- Manage and answer phone calls & enquiries
- Distribute incoming courier/documents and mails
- Arrange for local courier collection
- Franking of local mails once a week
- Maintain a filing system
- Maintain employee contact listing
- Order office supplies & pantry items
- Verify and update invoices for expense processing
- Administrator for facility booking
- Assist and liaise on corporate mobile phone management
- Application of Staff card & Visitor pass/Building lift pass
- Update of Corporate hotel rates
- Support Wellness and Employee Engagement programs
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Management/Administration
- 2-3 years working experience
