Temp Administartor (1 Year Contract)

Job Description:
Efficiently handle calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings/Smart Rooms in various geographies and time zones. Capability to assist with meeting and technology set-up details (Teams/WebEx, A/V, connectivity, projection, technical assistance).
Assistance with coordination of ad-hoc global administrative-related tasks, departmental support and events
Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines.
Issue deadline reminders and do deadline follow-ups.
Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal clients.
Collaborate with and contribute to Global HR functions/meetings and team initiatives. This may include HR meeting management, data consolidation and other defined projects.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Demonstrates high level of proficiency in interpersonal and communicational skills
Demonstrates flexibility to adjust to changing situations.
Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs
