Responsibilities

• To attend to all sales enquiries from customer
• Coordination on status of sales orders and delivery plans (factory and vendors)
• To attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
• Ensure product mold list and sales price is up-to-date to enable the operation department to update on their database
• Prepare trade documentation (invoice/packing list/deliver order, CO, Form A, Form E, Beneficiary of Certificate or Embassy Endorsement, etc)
• General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc.
• General and sales purchase reporting on monthly and ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
• More than 1 year of working experience in logistic/shipping/ordering processing functions
