Job Responsibilities

  • Long Term Planning based on volume forecasts and product/projects lifecycle 
    • Collect, analyse feedback Dealer Network and support Area Sales Managers of SEA and OCE and Regional Sales Planner to execute sales planning and forecasting activities. 
    • Analysis of results come from market researches and inputs coming from products lifecycle and homologation plan 
    • Plan communication to SEA and OCE regions 
  • Budgeting 
    • Collect SEA and OCE region annual plan (volume targets in terms of order bank/ stock per region/ per model) 
    • Support Area Sales Manager of SEA and OCE to negotiate yearly allocation plan by looking at regions’ situation and by ensuring consistency with the long term planning 
    • Support finance team in NSC to deploy yearly plan on a monthly level for markets and model 
  • Order Management 
    • Receive new vehicle configuration from the Dealer Network, accept/validate orders. 
    • Interact with Product Marketing department in HQ to address configuration and/or bespoke customer orders 
    • Supervise and coordinate the processes of order allocation and production 
    • Provide product information and assistance to Dealers 
  • Logistics and administration 
    • Coordinate and execute new vehicle invoicing 
    • Supervise shipment method, cost as well as distribution processes 
    • Monitor Dealer Network credit facilities 
  • Other activities 
    • Support Area Sales Manager of SEA and OCE with the management of sales support budget 
    • Monitor and coordinate the execution of sales related policies 
    • Monitoring of Demo and Showroom vehicles in Dealer Network 
    • Quarterly sales target setting, monitoring and evaluation for Variable Margin 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering with a strong preference in automotive-related subjects preferred 
  • 1-2 year of relevant working experience in Sales Operation and Planning 
  • Analytical and meticulous 
  • Strong time management capabilities and able to multitask, with a proactive approach and strong drive for success 
  • Possess valid driving license
