Responsibility
- Full admin responsibility for all office needs, office maintenance and appearance making sure office adheres to latest covid requirements.
- Administrative assistant to Management team in Singapore includes hotels/flights booking/ courier arrangements.
- Support IT on IT related such as equipment/accessories requests.
- Tracking Employees absents and working with all insurance agencies (health, office etc.)
- Full responsibility of all the office supplies and vendors, office leasing management – carpark renewal, point of contact for all matters
- Managing full HR processes for Singapore employees (Hiring, Onboarding, Offboarding) including preparation of HR reports for reporting/ audit.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR and office policies, and ensuring legal compliance
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR related field.
- More than 2 years working experience in Human Resources fucntion
