Job Responsibilities

• Account managing SEO, SEM & SMM projects
• Identifying and fulfilling clients’ business objectives and actively communicating with clients to explain the marketing strategies, plans for the future campaigns and keeping them in the loop regarding the latest developments
• Addressing clients’ queries/concerns in a thoughtful & timely manner to build a long-term working relationship
• Collaborating with internal marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that is aligned with the client’s objectives to achieve high return on investment 
• Analysing key metrics & prepare weekly/monthly and final project reports for all marketing campaigns
• Actively assisting to improve internal processes and workflow & supporting various departments of the company

Job Requirements

• Project Management: Juggling multiple clients, campaigns, teams, and departments. Good project management skills are a must
• Technical Skills: Knowledge in SEO, SEM & SMM. Candidate should have a demonstrable portfolio/case study of accounts they used to manage
• Communication Skills: Communicating thoughtfully, accurately, and efficiently is necessary for establishing relationships; corresponding in person, over the phone, or through email; making presentations; and writing comprehensive reports
• Presentation Skills: Carrying out confident & structured presentations
• At least 1 year of experience in Account Management for Digital Marketing projects
