You will be the voice of the organization in providing high service standards to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver services to our customers professionally according to Polyclinics service standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle general enquiries
- Assist with patients’ request to arrange or change appointment
- Support service operations
- Handle any other hotline administrative functions
Job Requirements
- Diploma / NITEC or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry, call centre environment and/or service related industry
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to face-paced working environment
- Computer literate and good typing skills
- Willing to work on 5.5 days
- Comfortable to be deployed to the various sites under the healthcare cluster (West region)
