Contract : 1 year (with completion bonus)
Responsibilties:
- Assist in planning and conceptualizing event details
- Coordinate to ensure smooth running of events e.g. shortlisting of event attendees, sending invitations, assisting on registrations and providing on-day support
- Attend to walk-in customers' enquiries on related products to drive sales
- Provide post-event support
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with some prior experience in service/events support role
- Passionate and high level of customer-centricity
- Basic knowledge for MS Excel
- Highly motivated & self-driven
